Natural Star Nani and Mrunal Thakur have initiated their promotional efforts for “Hi Nanna,” a romantic drama directed by debutant filmmaker Shouryuv. The film’s marketing campaign has already unveiled two songs and a teaser, all of which have received a positive response.
According to the reports, the filmmakers launched the third single, titled “Ammadi.” Notably, Mrunal Thakur shared that she is dedicating this song to her husband on the occasion of their 3rd anniversary. “Ammadi” beautifully captures the essence of the relationship between Mrunal and Nani. The lyrics were penned by Krishna Kanth, and the song was skillfully rendered by Shaktisree Gopalan and Kaala Bhairava, with the musical composition by Hesham Abdul Wahab.
However, this new song has sparked intrigue among fans due to a perceived inconsistency in the storyline. In the music video for “Ammadi,” Mrunal is portrayed as Nani’s wife, whereas the film’s teaser suggests Nani’s character as a single parent to a young girl. This apparent discrepancy has led to various speculations and theories among the audience. It’s worth noting that Shruti Haasan is also a part of the film’s cast. “Hi Nanna” is produced by Mohan Cherukuri (CVM) and Dr. Vijender Reddy Teegala under Vyra Entertainments, adding to the anticipation and excitement surrounding the film’s release.
